Ingredients:
Chicken
Buttermilk (2 cups)
2 tablespoons hot sauce
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Method:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce (at least 2 hours, overnight preferred).
combine all other ingredients with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mix. Fry in peanut oil.
Serve with water cress and cherry tomato with buttermilk dressing.
