Baked Onions

Baked Onions

Really rich and savory baked onions.  Perfect with grilled/roast meats.

Peel and boil some large onions in salted water for about 25 minutes.

Drain and slice in half from root to tip.

Place in baking dish, add heavy cream and sprinkle with finely grated cheese (Parmesan works well).

Bake for 25 mins.
