For an average size pie
10oz Self Raising Flour
2.5oz shortening
2.5oz Margarine
pinch salt
Chilled water
combine flour and fats in bowl. Chop together and then rub with fingertips to combine. Add chilled water to form into a stiff dough and then chill in fridge for at least 10 mins. Roll out on a floured board.
