Paleo Crackers

Great basic dough.  Flavor at will

1 1/1 Cups Almond Flour

1/4 Cup Coconut Flour

1/4 Cup Arrowroot Flour

1/4 Teaspoon Onion Flour

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Egg Whites

2 Tablespoons Water

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another.  Combine and mix into a dough.

Can add flavorings at this point.  

I like

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Roll dough between two sheets of parchment until cracker thin.  Then place on baking sheet on the bottom sheet of parchment.  Brush with egg white and sprinkle with salt .  Bake at 375 for 10 – 15 mins (until golden brown).  Leave on parchment paper to cool, then break into crackers.
