This tuscan white bean puree is very simple. It works great as an appetizer or serve with toasted bruschetta and salad for lunch.
2 cans navy beans drained & rinsed
good glug of EVOO
6 fresh sage leaves
Splash white wine
6 cloves garlic
S&P
simmer all ingredients for min 30 mins.
Allow to cool.
Puree.
Serve with bruschetta…
